Alex (she/her) currently serves as an Academic Advisor in the Department of Political Science. She has experience advising students at nearly every point in their journey, and has previously worked in K-12, community college, and four-year spaces. She holds a BA from the University of Tennessee and an MA from Virginia Tech, both in Political Science. 

Alex is passionate about helping students find their why and successfully guiding them toward their most successful path. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and watching football.
