Adriana holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico - Río Piedras and an MA in Political Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. She is currently a PhD student in Political Science at the University of Pittsburgh, where her research focuses on comparative politics and political behavior in Latin America. She is particularly interested in how corruption, political parties, identity, and democratic backsliding impact public opinion in the region.
