Dong Ju is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science, with concentrations in International Relations and Methodology. Her research interests include foreign lobbying, state behaviors, and the intersection of international and domestic politics. Her dissertation explores the determinants of foreign lobbying, examining how the magnitude of foreign lobbying varies across countries, time, and issues, using an original dataset compiled from the Department of Justice's foreign lobbying reports since 1971. Dong Ju has experience in teaching International Relations, Comparative Politics, and data analysis at the undergraduate level. In 2018-2019, Dong Ju has been awarded a Mitsubishi Foundation Graduate Fellowship.
